Who is Jack Schitt?

I originally posted this on my old website on March 21, 2006. I am not the original creator; it was sent to me in an email, and I am just sharing it.

WHO IS JACK SCHITT?

The lineage is finally revealed. Many people are at a loss for a response when someone says “You don’t know Jack Schitt.” Now you can intellectually handle the situation.

Jack is the only son of Awe Schitt and O. Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O. Schitt, the owner of Kneedeep N. Schitt Inc. In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt and the deeply religious couple produced 6 children: Holie Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Giva Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins: Deap Schitt and Dip Schitt.

Against her parents’ objections, Deap Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced. Noe Schitt later married Mr. Sherlock, and because her kids were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name. She was then known at Noe Schitt-Sherlock.

Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt and they produced a nervous son, Chicken Schitt. Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt were inseparable throughout childhood and subsequently married the Happens brothers in a dual ceremony. The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced the Schitt-Happens wedding. The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg, Byrd and Hoarse. Bull Schitt, the prodigal son, left home to tour the world. He recently returned home from Italy with his new bride, Pisa Schitt.

So now when someone says, “You don’t know Jack Schitt,” you can correct them.

Open Letter to Women Everywhere

TO WOMEN EVERYWHERE FROM A MAN WHO'S HAD ENOUGH

Learn to work the toilet seat.  If it's up, put it down.  We need it up, you need it down.  You don't hear us bitching about you leaving it down.

If you won't dress like the Victoria's Secret girls, don't expect us to act like soap opera guys.

If you think you're fat, you probably are.  Don't ask us.  We refuse to answer.

Don't cut your hair.  Ever.  Long hair is always more attractive than short hair.  One of the big reasons guys fear getting married is that married women always cut their hair, and by then you're stuck with her.

Birthdays, Valentines, and Anniversaries are not quests to see if we can find the perfect present yet again!

If you ask a question you don't want an answer to, expect an answer you don't want to hear.

Sometimes, we're not thinking about you.  Live with it.  Don't ask us what we're thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as navel lint, the shotgun formation, or monster trucks.

Sunday = Sports.  It's like the full moon or the changing of the tides. Let it be.  Shopping is not a sport, and no, we're never going to think of it that way.

When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear is fine. Really.  You have enough clothes.  You have too many shoes.

Crying is blackmail.

Ask for what you want.  Let's be clear on this one: Subtle hints don't work.   Strong hints don't work.  Really obvious hints don't work. Just say it!

No, we don't know what day it is.  We never will.  Mark anniversaries on the calendar.

Peeing standing up is more difficult.  We're bound to miss sometimes.

Most guys own three pairs of shoes.  What makes you think we'd be any good at choosing which pair, out of thirty, would look good with your dress?

Yes, and No are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.

Come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it.

That's what we do. Sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.

A headache that lasts for 17 months is a problem.  See a doctor.

Foreign films are best left to foreigners.

Check your oil.

It is neither in your best interest nor ours to take the quiz together. No, it doesn't matter which quiz.

Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument. All comments become null and void after 7 days.

If something we said can be interpreted two ways, and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one.

Let us ogle.  We're going to look anyway; it's genetic.

You can either tell us to do something OR tell us how to do something but not both.

Whenever possible, please say whatever you have to say during commercials.

ALL men see in only 16 colors.  Peach is a fruit, not a color.

If it itches, it will be scratched.

Beer is as exciting for us as handbags are for you.

If we ask what's wrong and you say “nothing” we will act like nothing's wrong. We know you're lying, but it's just not worth the hassle.

What the hell is a doily?

Microsoft vs. Tomatoes

I originally posted this on my old website on March 21, 2006. I am not the original creator; it was sent to me in an email, and I am just sharing it.

An unemployed man goes to try for a job with Microsoft as a cleaner. The manager there arranges for an aptitude test (Section: Floors, sweeping and cleaning).

After the test, the manager says:  You will be appointed on the scale of $30 per day.  Let me have your e-mail address, so that I can send you a form to complete and advise you where to report for work on your first day.  Taken aback, the unemployed man protests that he is neither in possession of a computer nor of an e-mail address. To this the MS manager replies: Well, then, that really means that you virtually don't exist and can therefore hardly expect to be employed.

Stunned, the man leaves. Not knowing where to turn and only having about $10 left, he decides to buy a 10 kg box of tomatoes at the supermarket.   Within less than 2 hours, he sells the tomatoes singly at 100% profit. Repeating the process several times more that day, he ends up with almost $100 before going to sleep that night. And thus it dawns on the man that he could quite easily make a living selling tomatoes.

Getting up early and earlier every day and going to bed late and later, he multiplies his hoard of profits in quite a short time. Not too long thereafter, he acquires a cart to transport several dozen boxes of tomatoes, only to have to trade it in again shortly afterwards on a pick-up truck. By the end of the second year, he is the owner of a fleet of pick-up trucks and manages a staff of a hundred former unemployed people, all selling tomatoes.

Considering the future of his wife and children, he decides to buy some life insurance.  Calling an insurance adviser, he picks an insurance plan to fit his new circumstances.  At the end of the telephone conversation, the adviser asks him for his e-mail address in order that he might forward the documentation. When the man replies that he has no e-mail, the adviser is stunned: "What, you don't even have e-mail?  How on earth have you managed to amass such wealth without the Internet, e-mail and e-commerce?  Just imagine where you would have been by now, if you had been connected from the very start!"

After a moment's silence, the tomato millionaire replied: "Sure! I would have been a cleaner at Microsoft!"

Morals of the story:

1: The Internet, e-mail and e-commerce do not need to rule your life.

2: If you don't have e-mail, but work hard, you can still become a millionaire.

3: Seeing that you got this story online, you're probably closer to becoming a cleaner than you are to becoming a millionaire.

4: If you do have a computer and e-mail, you're already being taken to the cleaners by Microsoft.

Mathematical Proof That Girls Are Evil

I originally posted this on my old website on March 21, 2006. I am not the original creator; it was sent to me in an email, and I am just sharing it.

Mathematical Proof that girls are evil:

First we state that girls require time and money:

GIRLS = TIME x MONEY

As we all know, "time is money"

TIME = MONEY

Therefore,

GIRLS = MONEY x MONEY = MONEY2

And because "money is the root of all evil:"

MONEY = √EVIL

Therefore:

GIRLS = √EVIL2

So we are forced to conclude:

GIRLS = EVIL

Special High Intensity Training

TO:  ALL EMPLOYEES

FR:  MANAGEMENT

SUBJECT:   SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

In order to assure the highest levels of quality work and productivity from employees, it will be our policy to keep all employees well trained through our program of SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (S.H.I.T.).  We are trying to give employees more S.H.I.T. than anyone else.

If you feel that you do not receive your fair share of S.H.I.T. on the job, please see your manager.  You will be immediately placed at the top of the S.H.I.T. list, and our managers are especially skilled at seeing that you get all the S.H.I.T. you can handle.

Employees who don’t take their S.H.I.T. will be placed in DEPARTMENTAL EMPLOYEE EVALUATION PROGRAMS (D.E.E.P. S.H.I.T.).  Those who fail to take D.E.E.P. S.H.I.T. seriously will have to go to EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE TRAINING (E.A.T. S.H.I.T.).  Since our managers took S.H.I.T. before they were promoted, they don’t have to do S.H.I.T. anymore, and are full of S.H.I.T already.

If you are full of S.H.I.T., you may be interested in a job training others.  We can add your name to our BASIC UNDERSTANDING LECTURE LIST (B.U.L.L. S.H.I.T.). Those who are full of B.U.L.L. S.H.I.T. will get the S.H.I.T. jobs, and can apply for promotion to DIRECTOR OF INTENISTY PROGRAMMING (D.I.P. S.H.I.T.).

If you have any further questions, please direct them to our HEAD OF TRAINING, SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (H.O.T. S.H.I.T.).

Classic Oregonian Joke

I originally posted this on my old website on March 21, 2006. I am not the original creator; I am just sharing it.

A Texan, a Californian, and Oregonian are out riding horses.  The Texan pulls out an expensive bottle of whiskey, takes a long draught, then another and suddenly throws it into the air, pulls out his gun and shoots the bottle in midair.

The Californian looks at him and says, "What are you doing? That was a perfectly good bottle of whiskey!"
The Texan says, "In Texas, there is plenty of whiskey and the bottles are cheap."

A while later, not wanting to be outdone, the Californian pulls out a bottle of champagne, takes a few sips, throws the champagne into the air, pulls out his gun and shoots it in midair.

The Oregonian can't believe his eyes, "What the heck did you do that for?  That was a perfectly good bottle of champagne!"

The Californian says, "In California, we have plenty of champagne and bottles are cheap."

So, awhile later, the Oregonian pulls out a bottle of Widmer Hefeweizen.  He opens it, takes a sip, and then chugs the whole bottle. He then puts the bottle in his saddlebag, pulls out his gun, and shoots the Californian.

The Texan, shocked, says, "Why the heck did you do that?!"

The Oregonian replies, "In Oregon, we have plenty of Californians and the bottles are worth a nickel."

Bill Gates Denies Public's Request For Loosening Of Tracking Bracelets

MICROSOFT MOUNTAIN—Bill Gates announced Monday that he will not honor the American people's request to loosen their tracking bracelets.
“I have heard your desperate pleas, and I say ‘Nay!’” said Gates, addressing the populace from a secret underground bunker deep within Microsoft Mountain. “The bracelets shall remain as they have always been—fastened tightly about the left ankle of every citizen.”
Gates's edict comes on the heels of his Nov. 7 refusal to lower the cost of mandatory Windows 35 brain-chip implantation surgery. As a result of that decision, all Americans will be required to pay $11,750 for the Microsoft surgery, in addition to the standard $6,300 cost of the Windows 35 cranial software itself.

SAN DIEGO—Ming Ming, the beloved ficus believed to be the last remaining tree on Earth, died Monday at the San Diego Zoo. It was 37.
“We will all miss Ming Ming very much,” said San Diego Zoo director Jessica Embery. “Everyone here at the zoo, visitors and employees alike, used to love to gather around this rare creature's cage to watch it playfully photo-synthesize.”
Embery said the zoo had attempted to
mate the tree with other endangered species, including the northern spotted owl and the cow, but was unsuccessful.
“We did our best, but our leafy friend was unable to reproduce,” Embery said.

Company Memo Regarding Mouse Balls

(An Actual Memo)

Re:    Replacement of Mouse Balls.

If a mouse fails to operate or should it perform erratically, it may need a ball replacement.

Mouse balls are now available as FRU (Field Replacement Units).  Because of the delicate nature of this procedure, replacement of mouse balls should only be attempted by properly trained personnel.  Before proceeding, determine the type of mouse balls by examining the underside of the mouse.

Domestic balls will be larger and harder than foreign balls.  Ball removal procedures differ depending upon the manufacturer of the mouse.  Foreign balls can be replaced using the pop off method.  Domestic balls are replaced by using the twist off method.

Mouse balls are not usually static sensitive.  However, excessive handling can result in sudden discharge.

Upon completion of ball replacement, the mouse may be used immediately.

It is recommended that each person have a pair of spare balls for maintaining optimum customer satisfaction.  Any customer missing his balls should contact the local personnel in charge of removing and replacing these necessary items.

Please keep in mind that a customer without properly working balls is an unhappy customer.

Mary Had A Little Lamb

Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was slightly gray,

It didn’t have a father, just some borrowed DNA.

It sort of had a mother, though the ovum was on loan,

It’s not so much a lambkin, as a little lamby clone.

And soon it had a fellow clone, and soon it had some more,

They followed her to school one day, all cramming through the door.

It made the children laugh and sing, and thrilled them to the soul,

But there were just too many clones for Mary to control.

No one else could herd the sheep, their imprints didn’t vary,

The cloners sought to fix it up by simply cloning Mary.

So clone they did, and Newsweek said it was extraordinary,

But now they don’t know what to do with Mary, Mary, Mary…

NOTE:  The following was published by an insurance company for internal distribution.  These are summaries submitted when policyholders were asked for a brief statement describing their particular accident.

“It Happened This Way”

“The other car collided with mine without giving warning of its intention.”

“I thought my window was down, but found it was up when I put my hand through it.”

“A pedestrian hit me and went under my car.”

“The guy was all over the place.  I had to swerve a number of times before I hit him."

“I pulled away from the side of the road, glanced at my mother-in-law and headed over the embankment.”

“The accident occurred when I was attempting to bring my car out of a skid by steering it into the other vehicle.”

“I was driving my car out of the driveway in the usual manner when it was struck by the other car in the same place it had been struck several times before.”

“I was on my way to the doctor’s with rear end trouble when my universal joint gave way, causing me to have an accident.”

“As I approached the intersection, a stop sign suddenly appeared in a place where no stop sign had ever appeared before. I was unable to stop in time to avoid the accident.”

“The telephone pole was approaching fast.  I was attempting to swerve out of its path when it struck my front end.”

“To avoid hitting the bumper of the car in front, I struck the pedestrian.”

“My car was legally parked as it backed into the other vehicle.”

“An invisible car came out of nowhere, struck my vehicle, and vanished.”

“When I saw I could not avoid a collision I stepped on the gas and crashed into the other car.”

“The pedestrian had no idea which direction to go, so I ran him over.”

“I saw the slow-moving, sad-faced old gentleman as he bounced off the hood of my car.”

“Coming home, I drove into the wrong house and collided with a tree I don’t have.”

How you can tell when it’s going to be a Rotten Day!

You wake up and discover your waterbed broke and then realize that you don’t have a waterbed.

You wake up face down on the pavement.

You wake up and your braces are locked together.

You want to put on the clothes you wore home from the party and there aren’t any.

You put both contact lenses in the same eye.

Your car horn goes off accidentally and remains stuck as you follow a group of Hell’s Angels on the freeway.

You see a “60 Minutes” news team waiting in your office.

Your boss tells you not to bother to take off your coat.

You call your answering service and they tell you it’s none of your business.

Your income tax check bounces.

Your twin sister forgot your birthday.

You turn on the news and they’re showing emergency routes out of the city.

You call Suicide Prevention and they put you on hold.

Death of Government Workers

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

TO: All Employees

FROM: Central Office

SUBJECT: Death of Government Workers

            1.     It has been brought to our attention that many employees are dying and refusing to fall over after they are dead.  This must stop!!  On or after 30 October 1954, any employee found sitting up after he or she is dead will be dropped from the payroll at once (i.e. within 90 days).  Where it can be proved that the employee is being supported by a typewriter, or other Government property, an additional 90 days will be granted. The following procedure will be strictly followed:

            a.     If after several hours, it is noted that the worker has not moved or changed positions, the supervisor will investigate.  Because of the highly sensitive nature of Government Employees, and the close resemblance between death and their natural working attitude, the investigation is to be made as quietly as possible so as not to disturb the employee is he is asleep.  If some doubt arises as to the true condition, extending a Government Check is a fine test.  If the employee does not reach for it immediately it may be reasonably assumed that he is dead.  In some cases, the instinct is so strongly developed however, that spasmodic clutch or reflex may be encountered, don’t let this fool you!!

            b.     In all cases, a sworn statement by the dead man must be filled out on a special form AD-8840.  Fifteen copies will be made.  Three copies are to be sent to Washington, and three go to the Deceased.  Destroy the rest.

            c.     CGEC-223-AA, Application for a Permanent Leave, must be filled out by the employee.  (Be sure to include the correct forwarding address).  If he or she cannot write, his signature must be xxxxx witnessed by two other employees, preferably alive.  Complete case by pushing the body to one side to make room for the next incumbent.

            BY AUTHORITY OF:

                                                      RIGOR MORTIS, L.S.O.P.

                                                      Chief, Sub-Division
